Howdy.

I've been around for a while and am on most local forums. I've got an 06 Evo IX and a 99 Legacy L.  Legacy is stock other than DVD player for the kids and a remote start lol.  The IX currently has the following, but is going over to Andrew at Frontline Fabrication for a built motor in February.

3" Turbo Back (Catless)
Perrin Intake
Perrin MBC
FIC 1050's
Walbro 255
MAP Head Studs
Ported Turbo
Ported Exhaust Manifold
MAP 02 Housing
GSC S1 Cams
AGP 3.5" FMIC
ETS Intercooler Piping (Short Route)
ETS Mini Battery
MR Shocks
Eibach Lowering Springs
Evo X Wheels (Summer)

The car made a respectable 365WP/355TQ on TPG's Mustang. Tuning was done by Nate.  Glad to be here and hope to more active in the car scene this year.

Here's Lizzy!

built motor means your current figures should be in the mid-400s hp/tq?

After the build on the same Dyno I expect to be around those numbers on the stock turbo.  TPG's Mustang dyno reads fairly low. Crank hp/tq are in the 400's. It's also tuned on pump gas (i would run E85 but I'm still running the factory rod bolts).  Nate used to work at wyotech previously and said the mustang at the shop reads about ~13-15% lower than the dynajet at wyotech. I'm also upgrading the cams to S2's for the build, ported or aftermarket intake manifold, and still trying to figure out if I want a larger turbo. I've been looking at FP Reds and Black as well as EF3's and EF4's.  I want to stay on the stock frame turbo if I do upgrade.

lol @ "crank hp/tq"....I want a real number, like the actual power to the ground since thats the final kinetic energy point of movement. You can have 1000hp at your crank and have a drivetrain loss of 40% by the time it gets to your wheels. "Whp" or "brake horsepower" is what im asking about.

Well really to be honest I don't even really care about dyno numbers at all. 1/4 mi and trap speeds are what really count Very Happy

My current config on TPG's mustang Dyno is listed above. As my car sits now it made 365AWHP/355AWTQ. Being that different brands of dynos give different kinds of numbers it's kind of hard to answer your question.

Most Evo's (in my opinion) are built to be drag cars. They come stock with launch control lol.
